This years camp will be held at The Chellington Centre in Bedford (details of how to get there can be found in the 'contact' page).

The weekend will include a range of arts, sports and outdoor activities planned for the children, which will be run by parents. Alongside these activities, we welcome a number of guest speakers who will talk on this year's theme 'Family Prayer' to the adults. These sessions run in tandem with the children's based activities so to enable both parents/carers some time to experience each. 

On Sunday we celebrate the Divine Liturgy and feast together afterwards.

Cost

The price is £210 per family and this includes all activities and meals.

Deposit of £70 to be paid upon booking. Must be paid in full by 22nd April 2020.

There is limited financial support available, please contact us if you feel you require this.

Cancellations

 If for unforeseen circumstances you have to withdraw from this event you MUST:

1) Contact us ASAP and notify us of your withdrawal

2) Specify how much you have paid

3) Request for the said amount to be reimbursed

 

We will do our best to reimburse within 5 working days.

Accommodation 

1) Onsite camping/campervan (limited space available, must bring own camping equipment)

2) Local hotel/B&B (self-organised)
